It's great to know that I work for a company that has great leaders at the helm. I've been with ACS now since 1992 minus 1 year when I had a lapse of good judgment. Thankfully, they let me back in.
I've seen Hal Campbell and Marvin Owen, 2 of the owners of ACS, tested many times over the years. They always "do what's right". I know at the end of the day, I can go to sleep because their moral compass is pointed in the right direction. I can go to sleep each and every night knowing that they were handling their company in a way that is "right".
Do you surround yourself with those people? I know I do!

It is VERY important to surround yourself with great leaders!
You can learn so much from them!!!
I also left ACS once during a period of my life where I was making lots of bad decisions.
I'm also thankful for my great leader who realized my potential and gave me a second chance at ACS.
You do have a great company there. Still lacking an answer to one of two problems, but what a breath of fresh air to know that you all care about fixing it almost as much as I want it fixed!
